What is the URJ Klal Yisrael fellowship?

Klal Yisrael is the only global communal gathering for Reform engaged young adults (ages 21-30) to collaborate on and generate new ideas to impact Jewish life. Meeting for 3 separate, fully-funded week-long seminars over the course of 10 months, Klal Yisrael fellows strengthen their capacity for impacting an area of Jewish involvement that is personally important to each of them. As a learning community, fellows explore critical topics to what it means to be a Jew today while experiencing together Jewish communal life in different geographies around the world.
